CURRENT OPEN POSITIONS

PAYROLL SPECIALIST

Wage: $25-$30/hr. | Location: Great Falls, MT | Day Shift: 7:00AM-4:30PM M-Th & 7:00AM-12:00PM Fri

 This role requires prolonged periods of sitting, strong focus, and the ability to perform detailed, computer-based tasks for extended durations.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Verify employee hours for accuracy & correct entry
  • Prepare & process bi-weekly payroll transactions
  • Resolve payroll discrepancies & answer employee inquiries
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state & company payroll policies
  • Process & issue employee W-2’s & 1095’s in accordance with ACA regulations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years of payroll experience, preferably in construction or manufacturing
  • Strong clerical, organizational, & communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with high confidentiality standards
  • Keen attention to detail & problem-solving ability

MAINTENANCE Manager / SUPERVISOR

Salary: $85K–$105K | Location: Great Falls, MT | Day Shift: 6:00AM-4:30PM, M-Th

This role requires significant physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks for extended periods as an essential part of the job.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Lead & direct maintenance personnel
  • Troubleshoot electrical, hydraulic, mechanical & pneumatic systems
  • Maintain CNC equipment, forklifts, cranes & production machinery

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years’ experience in industrial/commercial maintenance
  • Strong leadership & HR administrative skills
  • Mechanical aptitude & problem-solving mindset

FABRICATION FOREMAN

Wage: $29-$32/hr. | Location: Great Falls, MT | Night Shift: 4:30PM-3AM, M-Th

A nightshift differential of $1.50 applies to any time worked after 4:30 pm

This role requires significant physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks for extended periods.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Oversee production for 7+ fabrication stations
  • Plan, coordinate & monitor daily work activities
  • Ensure quality & safety standards are met
  • Train & mentor employees, enforcing best practices
  • Manage timekeeping & team performance

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 5+ years of experience in fabrication, supervision & planning
  • Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in welding (FCAW/MCAW) & blueprint reading
  • Industry certifications (AWS, CWB) preferred

Industrial COATING PAINT FOREMAN

Wage: $26-$30/hr. | Location: Great Falls, MT | Night Shift: 4:30PM-3AM, M-Th

A nightshift differential of $1.50 applies to any time worked after 4:30 pm

This role requires significant physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks for extended periods.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Supervise industrial coating processes to ensure quality & compliance
  • Manage material receipt, storage, and verification procedures
  • Oversee safety protocols & promote best practices
  • Lead production teams to meet schedules & quality standards
  • Coordinate & participate in production meetings

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 3+ years of experience as an Industrial Coating Foreman
  • 5+ years of supervisory & planning experience
  • Knowledge of industry standards (NACE, SSPC, QP3)
  • NACE certification preferred
  • Strong leadership & problem-solving skills

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Wage: $23.50+/hr. | Location: Great Falls, MT | Train on Day Shift: 6:00AM-4:30PM, M-Th (4-6 months), then Night Shift: 4:30PM-3:00AM

YOUR ROLE:

  • Perform electrical maintenance & repairs on facility equipment
  • Diagnose & replace faulty components in machines & systems
  • Maintain forklifts, cranes & production equipment
  • Conduct preventative maintenance on electrical & mechanical systems
  • Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other equipment as needed

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Strong mechanical & electrical knowledge
  • Reliable, detail-oriented & willing to learn
  • Ability to lift 75 lbs. & work in various conditions (hot, cold, dusty, etc.)

YARD OPERATOR

Wage: $20.25–$23.62/hr. | Location: Great Falls, MT | Night Shift: 4:30PM-3AM, M-Th

A nightshift differential of $1.50 applies to any time worked after 4:30 pm

This role requires significant physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks for extended periods.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Operate forklifts, telehandlers & overhead cranes to move materials
  • Load/unload materials & relocate supplies to designated areas
  • Perform routine equipment inspections & ensure OSHA compliance
  • Maintain situational awareness & adhere to safety protocols

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2+ years of heavy equipment operation experience
  • Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
  • Valid driver’s license (truck driving experience preferred)
  • Detail-oriented & self-motivated with strong mechanical knowledge

CRANE OPERATOR

Wage: $23.62–$26.43/hr. | Location: Great Falls, MT | Night Shift: 4:30PM-3AM, M-Th

A nightshift differential of $1.50 applies to any time worked after 4:30 pm

This role requires significant physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks for extended periods.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Utilize the traveling overhead crane to manipulate materials
  • Understand complex crane operations
  • Fill out material movement sheets accurately
  • Strap & secure loads to trailers properly

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Previous experience in crane operation
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and basic math skills
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented and able to plan & manage time effectively

HEAVY DIESEL MECHANIC

Wage: $23.50+/hr. | Location: Great Falls, MT | Day Shift: 6:00AM-4:30PM, M-Th

This role requires significant physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks for extended periods.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, & diesel systems
  • Perform maintenance duties in line with established preventative maintenance procedures
  • Diagnose and repair engines, heavy-duty components, and vehicle malfunctions
  • Ensure compliance with company safety practices & federal/state regulations

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • 2-3 years’ experience with diesel engines & heavy equipment
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with attention to detail
  • Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with electrical & hydraulic systems

Wage: $24.46–$28.12/hr. | Location: Great Falls, MT | Night Shift: 4:30PM-3AM, M-Th

This role requires significant physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks for extended periods.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Assemble various types and sizes of steel for welding according to blueprints
  • Read & interpret semi-complex fabrication blueprints
  • Weld in flat (1g), horizontal (2g), and vertical (3g) positions
  • Layout parts, holes, copes, and bevels accurately

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Completion of a welding program + 4,000 hours of relevant experience, OR 8,000 hours of experience
  • Strong proficiency with GMAW, FCAW, and/or SMAW
  • Ability to work independently & under pressure
  • Excellent workflow management & communication skills

WELDER HELPER

Wage: $21.37/hr. | Location: Great Falls, MT | Day & Night Shift: 6:00AM-4:30PM OR 4:30PM-3AM, M-Th

A nightshift differential of $1.50 applies to any time worked after 4:30 pm

This role requires significant physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks for extended periods.

YOUR ROLE:

  • Perform basic part, hole, & bevel layouts
  • Assist welders & fitters as needed
  • Understand basic welding principles
  • Set up and use oxyfuel cutting & plasma cutters

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

  • Completion of a welding program OR 1,000 hours of relevant experience
  • Knowledge of GMAW, FCAW, & SMAW welding processes
  • Industry certifications (AWS or CWB preferred)
  • Strong communication & organizational skills
