Maintenance Manager
Location: Great Falls, Montana
Salary: $85,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
Overview: ADF International, a North American leader in the design, engineering, fabrication, and installation of complex steel structures and modular construction, is seeking a Maintenance Manager for our steel fabrication plant in Great Falls, Montana. We are looking for candidates with oversight of all maintenance and equipment related to the facilities infrastructure/operations.
This position requires significant physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks for extended periods as an essential part of the job.

General Expectations and Responsibilities:
- Receives and processes maintenance requests as they are developed from various departments.
- Direct maintenance personnel to execute maintenance requests according to priority.
- Work with the purchasing department to procure replacement components for equipment.
- Troubleshoot equipment such as electrical installations, overhead cranes, CNC equipment, and rolling stock.
- Manage the maintenance crew.
- Facilitates testing equipment to locate defects and measure performance.
- Determines the need for adjustments and verifies specified and proper operation.
- May be assigned to operate a variety of equipment including forklifts, cranes, loaders, and various production equipment.
- Organizes various inspections for the facility to comply with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
Education, Training, or Work Experience

Fabrication Manager – (Night Shift Only)
Location: Great Falls, Montana
Wage Range: $29.00 – $32.00 per hour

We are looking for candidates with strong leadership skills, relevant fabrication, and production experience within the steel fabrication and construction industry.
This position requires significant physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks for extended periods as an essential part of the job.

Responsibilities:
- Report to the Production Manager.
- Oversee production for seven or more fabrication stations.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor daily work activities, fabrication progress, and resources needed to meet the production schedule and timelines.
- Ensure the quality of work produced by your section.
- Conduct regular inspections to check for deviations from ADF-established quality standards.
- Provide new employee orientations, and inform, train, and promote safe work methods and environments.
- Ensure safety rules and regulations are followed.
- Meet with your team regularly to provide guidance, updates, and changes in schedule or methods.
- Investigate incidents within your section and complete necessary reports.

Industrial Coating Foreman

Painters will follow the coating application procedure and use proper equipment to apply industrial coatings to structural steel components.
This position requires significant physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks for extended periods as an essential part of the job.

- Perform masking according to shop drawings.
- Mix the coating product with the recommended paint ratio and add the correct thinner.
- Execute the Wet Film Thickness (WFT) verification and other proper controls identified to the Route Sheet, when applicable.
- Follow and complete the Route Sheet and call the inspector when necessary.
- Ensure that work areas are cleaned during and at the end of shift.
- When instructed, perform touch-ups and repairs.
- When authorized by the Foreman, prepare the Declaration of Coating Product.
Education, Training, or Work Experience
- High School Diploma or High School Equivalency.
1 year of experience in coating applications
Reliable with paint experience.
The ability to stay on task until completion when assigned.
Willingness to work in a fast paced environment while adhering to all steps related to the painting process.
Knowledge:
- Industrial paint experience with an understanding for AISC sophisticated coatings, NACE coating standards or SSPC PA-2 paint knowledge.

Yard Operator (Night Shift Only)
Location: Great Falls, Montana
Compensation: $19.12 – $22.30 + night shift differential
Overview: ADF International, a North American leader in the design, engineering, fabrication,
and installation of complex steel structures and modular construction, is seeking a night shift (4:30pm – 3am, M-TH) Yard Operator for our steel fabrication plant in Great Falls, Montana. The Yard Operator will operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, telehandlers, and overhead cranes to move materials. Truck driving experience is preferred.
This position requires significant physical stamina and the ability to perform demanding tasks for extended periods as an essential part of the job.

Responsibilities:
- Relocate materials using a forklift as instructed.

- Follow the OSHA safety checklist to make sure brakes, lights, steering, the horn, and other parts of the forklift are working properly.
