Rooney
PRESIDENT &
GENERAL MANAGER
Dan Rooney holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Montana State University and brings over 26 years of experience in organizational and strategic planning, project management, and supervision. For the past 18 years, he has held senior roles in the steel fabrication industry, supporting projects across North America.

Colleen
Dabler
HUMAN RESOURCES
GENERALIST
With a decade of dedicated service at ADF International, Colleen Dabler has built a strong career in human resources. She began as an Administrative Assistant before transitioning to the payroll department, where she excelled for six years. For the past three years, she has thrived as an HR Generalist, bringing extensive experience in employee relations and organizational development.

Trevor
Floerchinger
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Trevor Floerchinger began his career at ADF in 2015 as a crane operator in the coatings shop. He worked his way up to a foreman role in the paint shop, where he developed a strong interest in production processes, continuous improvement, and lean practices. As the paint shop production manager, he and his team established a structured approach to production flow and organization. His success in this role led to his promotion to plant production manager, where he now oversees all aspects of production at ADF Montana.

Deck
YARD MANAGER
Darla Deck brings over 20 years of construction industry expertise, including more than a decade in the steel industry. She has extensive experience in project management, inventory control, and steel logistics. In addition to her role at ADF, she serves as a board member of the National Association of Women in Construction Montana Chapter.

Andrew
Vivian
SAFETY DIRECTOR
US OPERATIONS
Andrew Vivian has a Bachelor of Science in Safety Sciences from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He has 15 years of experience in the various aspects of occupational safety and health in both general industry and construction. Over the past 8 years with ADF, Andy has focused on the development and Implementation of a successful EHS program to include all aspects of ADF’s US-based operations.

“Hunter”
McDowell
QA/QC MANAGER
Christian “Hunter” McDowell holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Welding and Non-Destructive Testing. He began his career at ADF International as a Welder before transitioning to the quality assurance team as an Inspector. Over the past seven years, he has earned certifications in ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle testing, paint inspection, and welding inspection (CWI) through AWS. As ADF’s QA/QC Manager, Hunter oversees all aspects of quality assurance and control.

TALENT ACQUISITION MANAGER
Ashley Graham brings over three years of expertise in full-cycle recruitment across the medical, retail, and industrial sectors. With a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Business Management Professional Certificate, she excels in streamlining systems, creating efficiency, and hiring top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. Passionate about building strong teams, Ashley is dedicated to supporting ADF International’s mission of excellence in the steel fabrication industry.
