OUR CULTURE

At ADF, we believe in the collective success of the entire team, and foster an environment that supports the powerful impact each individual has on our entire organization.

Recognizing employees as our greatest asset, we’re committed to providing our team members with clear pathways for career advancement.

By empowering our people to achieve their goals, we drive innovation, and ensure the ADF team’s continued success.

COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT

At ADF, volunteering isn’t just an activity
– it’s a reflection of who we are.

At ADF Int., we believe in the power of giving back to our community. Our commitment to volunteering and charitable initiatives is a cornerstone of our company culture, and we actively encourage our employees to engage in volunteer efforts.

Through various volunteer efforts and charitable donations, we strive to create lasting relationships with local organizations and make a difference in our community.

Supporting Those in Need

We have proudly partnered with organizations such as the Rescue Mission and Women’s and Children’s Center, providing essential items like food, clothing, and supplies to those who need it most. Our efforts have included supplying 70 turkeys and all the fixings for Thanksgiving dinners, as well as clothing, books, and games for families in need.

Investing in Our Youth

ADF is committed to supporting the next generation through partnerships with organizations like GFPS, Big Brothers and Big Sisters, and Alliance for Youth. We have donated funds for new playground equipment, participated in fundraising golf tournaments, and provided monetary donations for supplies like clothing and toiletries.

Preserving Community Landmarks

We have also contributed to the preservation of local landmarks, such as the Monarch Bell Tower, by supplying and fabricating steel for rebuilding efforts.

Empowering Future Tradespeople

In addition to our community volunteer efforts, ADF is dedicated to promoting all trades and fostering lasting relationships with local and national schools that offer welding programs. We believe in empowering future generations to build a stronger, more skilled community.

These efforts not only strengthen our community but also create a more fulfilling work environment. We believe that by fostering a culture of giving, we create a positive impact that extends beyond our workplace.
