Our production facility’s welding operations utilize an assortment of welding equipment, such as Flux Cored Arc Welding (FCAW) and shielded metal arc welding with Flux core to join metal beams and linear material within the shop. This process is carefully monitored to ensure high-quality welds that meet our strict standards.

The shop employs a saw and drill line to prepare linear material. Our metal fabrication team’s commitment to detail ensures accurate fit-ups and efficient assembly.

Specialized equipment such as our TC Gun for TC Bolts, hex bolts and Spud wrenches are utilized to secure metal connections and assemble metal beams and linear material.

The main fabrication facility building also incorporates multiple overhead cranes for moving material, and areas for loading and unloading at both the North and South ends of the building.
PAINT & CNC SHOP

This building is a multi-department facility, housing both the CNC and Paint shops. The CNC department is equipped with machinery for precision metalwork. The Paint department is dedicated to surface preparation and coating applications.
The building’s design ensures efficient operations, with separate areas for each department, maintaining a safe and organized working environment.

The Paint shop contains a large abrasive blasting room (center left) and a segregated area for paint application (right rear).
