Work Schedules:

  • 4-Day Work Week: Some positions are structured around a four-day work week, allowing employees to enjoy a three-day weekend and more personal time.
  • 4 ½-Day Work Week: Other positions may operate on a four and a half-day schedule, giving employees the flexibility to have a shorter workday on Fridays.
  • Spend more time with family and pursue personal interests

Overtime Policy: Overtime varies based on production needs and additional hours may be necessary to meet project deadlines or business demands. In such cases:

  • Fridays: Overtime work, if required, is generally scheduled on Fridays after the completion of the regular work hours.
  • Weekends: Weekend work is rare but may occur in exceptional circumstances. We make every effort to give ample notice and ensure that such instances are kept to a minimum.
